Northmark provides financial education services covering topics including foreign exchange fundamentals, Shariah-compliant finance, and cross-border financial planning. Our services are designed for educational purposes only.

4. Registration and Enrollment
4.1 Registration Requirements
To participate in our services, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Enrollment Process
Service enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of registration and payment (if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or cancel registrations at our discretion.
4.3 Session Limitations
We limit session sizes to ensure quality education delivery. Enrollment is subject to availability and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services and website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Reproduce, distribute, or share educational materials without written permission

5.2 Session Conduct

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon enrollment in our services, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the educational materials provided for your personal educational purposes only. You may not:

7. Payment Terms
7.1 Fees
Service fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are due at the time of registration unless alternative arrangements have been made. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.
7.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified during registration. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment processors.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are available under the following conditions: Full refund if cancellation occurs 14 days or more before service commencement; 50% refund if cancellation occurs 7-13 days before commencement; No refund for cancellations within 7 days of commencement or after service has begun. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Educational Service Terms
8.1 Service Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to modify session times, locations, or formats with advance notice to participants. In the event of significant changes, participants may request a full refund.
8.2 Completion Requirements
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded but materials will be provided where possible.
8.3 No Certification or Accreditation
Our services do not result in professional certification, academic credit, or formal accreditation. Participants receive educational materials and knowledge but not professional credentials.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Educational Purpose Only
Our services are provided for educational purposes only. Content should not be construed as financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, or legal counsel. We are not financial advisors, and participants should consult appropriate professionals for personalized guidance.
9.2 No Outcome Guarantees
We make no representations or warranties regarding any specific outcomes from participation in our services. Financial decisions remain the sole responsibility of each individual.
9.3 Service Availability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- Northmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
- Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on information learned through our educational services
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from market conditions, regulatory changes, or other factors beyond our control
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Northmark, its educators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your misuse of our services, your violation of any rights of another party, or any financial decisions you make based on information learned through our services.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your participation by contacting us in writing, subject to our refund policy as outlined in Section 7.3.
12.2 By Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under Malaysian law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Northmark regarding our services.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
